The Tunturi elliptical cross trainer Performance C50 is great for regular, not very intensive training at home. Offering a resistance of up to 350 Watt, it provides a sufficient level of resistance, especially for beginning. The Performance monitor is equipped with 20 training programmes, of it four are heart-rate controlled. In addition, training programmes for watt-controlled training and especially those for the reduction of body fat are available. A Bluetooth interface makes the connection with smartphone or tablet and hence to many applications possible, which make the training with the elliptical cross trainer much more diversified.
